I really got my money's worth at the Esplanade! The room was great and the spa area was amazing - everything I needed to relax. The staff were all nice and responsive.

I found the hotel great. The service was top, all the staff was very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the spa and pool. The location was perfect. Just next to the lake and the trails. I told all my friends about the hotel once I returned to Berlin. I truly enjoy my weekend.

I'm strongly recommend this hotel for voyagers, driving from the west to the east (e.g. from Amsterdam to Warsaw) for rest and relax. Nice sauna and swimming pool. Very reach meal for the breakfast.

Had a wonderful Xmas break at a hotel near a beautiful lake, surrounded by walks and bike trails. The spa, sauna, and pool area were amazing, I particularly enjoyed the indoor and outdoor heated pools. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast buffet offered many options including some delicious pastries. Loved how bikes, including electrical ones, were available for guests to rent and explore the area. Overall it was a perfect romantic getaway with my partner.

The restaurant where we dined only had one option open which we found a bit disappointing as we had high expectations for the food. , the parking charge was a bit of a surprise, and the parking spaces were quite small, making it tricky to park.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location right next to the lake was absolutely breathtaking. Every morning, I would wake up to stunning views and the sound of the water gently lapping against the shore. The service here was top-notch, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I was particularly impressed with the room service, housekeeping, and laundry services. Everything was always immaculate and taken care of promptly.

Sauna! Excellent place for relaxing brake during long time drivinr from the East (Warsaw) to the West (Amsterdam) of Europe.

We popped over to Bad Saarow for 4 nights from Berlin and had a fantastic time. Very good value for the money. The hotel and spa are very clean. There are 5 different sauna type (steam, "stein" 56C, "bio" 65C, "octo" 88C, and "block" 92C). There is a cold dunk as well as nice cool off pool in the sauna area. The salt water outdoor pool is heated and amazing. We came in July and the weather was perfect, but quite cool at night. All the spa facilities except for treatments are included. The most amazing breakfast spread as well is included. Getting here from Berlin is a sinch - 5.10 euros each way on the train with a quick transfer at Furstemwalde to a tram that takes you straight to Bad Saarow. 1 hour flat.

Given it was July, there were a number of families with children, mostly well-behaved though.

The spa facilities were amazing, with a variety of saunas, indoor and outdoor pools, and a thermal pool. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and there were towels and bathrobes offered in abundance. The location by the lake was stunning, and it was a quick and easy train ride from the city. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, and freshly made omelets.

The soundproofing in the bedrooms was not the best, and there were some issues with locker availability in the female changing rooms on busy days. there was a fee for parking which was unexpected and the bathroom was quite small.

Amazing service, the hotel staff noted my fiancee's birthday when we checked in and left a small birthday cake in our room. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

we had an exellent holiday at esplanade hotel. there is a good spa area with two simming pools and a relaxation room and sports facilities. we rented bicyles and explored the area and the cities aroud the Sharmutzelsee lac. there is a beautiful forest and it is great to walk or ride a bicycle in the countryside or to rent a boat etc.

there was a deficit in soap in the bath room.
